Prepared with Fondo into the Tuscan hills or the Dolomites mountains on a 3T bike

Are you Dutch or Flemmish? Prepare with Fondo and join us, Fondo and 3T on an amazing gravel adventure.

Together with the training application Fondo, created by the Dutch Cycling Federation to help every cyclist in his or her personal goal and with Italian bike brand 3T, renowned for their amazing gravel bikes, we designed two Dutch special gravel tours. One based on the classic pilgirms way of the Via Fracigena and one discovering the amazing gravel roads in the Italian Dolomites!

The great thing about these tours is not only the amazing environment where you will be cycling, but even more so the fact that everything is arranged for you. The only thing you have to do is come to the location and cycle. For the rest, we’ll take of everything for you, including the transportation of your luggage from hotel to hotel. 3T ensures that you can complete your rides on a top-of-the-line gravel bike, while Fondo is responsible for the preparations through an accessible training program especially designed based on the characteristics of the tours

Fondo is a training app created by the Dutch Cycling Federation, designed to help every cyclist achieve his or her personal goal.

Fondo prepares you for your next challenge with fun, flexible training programs for a variety of goals. To train at the right intensity, Fondo works on the basis of your personal heart rate zones or power zones. If you don’t have a heart rate or power meter, that’s fine, you can also train by feel. So anyway it suits you, Fondo offers a training method.

To train, you choose the number of times you want and can train per week (starting at 2 times per week) in advance. A training program has a fixed length, the preperation programs for the Via Francigena and the Dolomites tours are both 10-weeks. You can find the start date in the weekly overview. 

You can choose for yourself on which days you want to train. Try to keep the order of the trainings and take enough rest in between. If you miss a training once, that’s no problem. You can always train more by adding extra trainings. After each training, you check off the training and indicate how you experienced it. Fondo can coach you based on this.

Oh and yes, you can sync all your trainings to your Wahoo or Garmin without a problem!
